The KONG Classic has been in dog homes for decades and still shows up on every trainer's recommendation list. It's a hollow natural rubber cone: fill it with kibble, a little dog-safe peanut butter or treats, and your dog works to get it out.
The trick that went viral is freezing it stuffed: it lasts much longer and is perfect for when your dog is home alone or for puppies who chew everything. It's also great for fetch, since it bounces unpredictably.
